30-day returns

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund including shipping.

How to start a return

2. Our team will confirm and provide return instructions.
3. Once the return is received, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Non-returnable items

Custom/personalized products and used items cannot be returned unless defective.
